What went well - Placing the order, arranging delivery, the delivery itself, easy assembly, the final result. Even better if - One window had not been broken on delivery, the delivery man had remembered to leave the roofing felt. That said both the window and felt were easy to replace and Waltons were quick to refund the cost of the replacements. The cabin was easy to assemble and the delivery man gave me plenty of good advice as he carried the logs, by hand, from the road into the garden (star). I would definatly recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic service from the order through to the delivery. Ordering was straight forward with no problems or hassle. We were told you would ring a few days delivery and you did very organised and concise. The delivery man rang 30 minutes before he arrived and was so helpful and pleasant, could not have done more. The quality of the log cabin is excellent and the instructions simple. This is a den for my 13 year old Son and he was so excited after he had helped me preserve the wood he virtually put it together by himself (with my husband supervising and manual lifting with him) apart from the roof. It only took us a long weekend to get everything done and now it looks superb at the bottom of our garden. Three happy customers in this household. Very impressed with finished product. As mentioned before the instructions are very poor, a simple diagram showing floor bearer spacings would save a lot of hassle! But if you have the time it is quite satisfying building it. The shingles finish it off a treat.

Good quality product, with excellent delivery. The delivery was on time and the delivery guy was very helpful. He carried all part round to were the shed was going to be constructed and organised all the pecies into there different sections for putting up the shed and also talk us through the construction. This save us a lot of time finding the right bits and not needing to check instruction every 10 min. All this for free amazing!

Received the order very quickly, 7 days from order. Treated base timbers are seperate bearers not built into a frame which makes starting difficult as you have to work out the outside positions. Instructions are generic and do not cover all aspects of the build. Build was very quick although door frame was not square when built and you need a very long pilot drill to position the screws as shown. Not enough nails to fit roofing timbers let alone the floor timbers, good job I have a nail gun! No nails for roof covering, so full assembly kit is not as full as you would expect. Slot in outside corner support post is twice as wide as timber so will need to be filled. Niggles over it looks great, plan to use it as a modeling den as it has loads of room. Overall 4 stars due to the niggles.

Instructions not very good, but we sorted it. Must say we are well happy other than that. Super fast delivery, everything arrived in very good condition, looks amazing now its up. Would definetly purchase again from Waltons.
