I am very impressed! I ordered our playhouse yesterday, within 2 hours of placing my order I was phoned and had details confirmed for a next day delivery. I rang today to confirm my delivery and the lady on the telephone was exceptionally helpful and told me an estimated time of arrival. Very pleased with the look and all parts of the playhouse are present. I will definitely use Waltons again. Thank you very much you have restored my faith in delivery and customer services.

I bought this for my daughters birthday (she is 3) and I managed to put it up in just a few hours. I'm experienced at DIY, but this is very easy to install. There are some good design points about this; 1) The door is hinged in such a way that there is a small gap all around the edges. This prevents little fingers getting trapped, great idea! Remember that this is for children, not grown adults so be careful when standing on the floor as it's not as thick as you would find in a garden shed. That said, I'm 14 stone and it took my weight, although I did make sure I stepped on the beams. You could easily strengthen the floor with thicker chipboard (use loft flooring), but it really isn't necessary. I ordered the product on a Sunday afternoon, and it was here Tuesday 7am. The free timer treatment is actually very good. Much better than the cheap stuff in well known DIY stores! There is also plenty of roof felt, so I managed to get three sections to cover the roof with some left over. It looks beautiful painted inside, and kids love it!

I ordered the honey pot poppy playhouse as I thought it was fantastic value for money. Once I placed the order within the hour I recieved a call to confirm the order and delivery date. The following day I recieved another call to ask if I was able to take delivery a day early which wasn't avaliable at the time i placed the order and on the day of delivery I recieved a call from the driver at 8am to say that he would be arriving in 30 minutes and they even took it around the back for me!! We haven't put the house together yet but I wanted to write a review as I am extremely happy with the high stand of service. Would highly recommed Waltons!

This has been probably the BEST online ordering experience I have ever had. Ordered the house 9.30pm Monday night, called by Waltons 9am Tuesday morning. House delivered 11.30am Wednesday morning. It puts Amazon in the shade. The house itself is fantastic. A neighbour paid the same price for a smaller house that came completely in bits. This came with the windows and door already fitted and took me under 2 hours to build, including the felt roof. The free treatment is a real bonus. Even had enough to coat the fence behind the house!! I would definitely recommend Waltons to everyone.

Ordered this playhouse for my daughter's birthday and it's fantastic, think I'm more excited about it than she is! Initially I ordered the wrong size,but the Customer Services lady, Frankie, sorted it for me the next day (Sunday).Received confirmation e-mails and a phone call to confirm order details and the delivery date I had chosen. The playhouse arrived at 8am on a Saturday morning and the driver was really good. very friendly and helpful. It took my partner a few hours to assemble it on his own. All the fittings are good quality as is the actual house. The door handle is different to the one pictured, but it it is much more in keeping with the overall appearance. It is very sturdy and looks great. The gables and veranda make it look like a little rustic cottage. The free treatment looks good, although I have got pastel paint which I can't wait to apply! This has been a great buying experience with a wonderful end-product. I will use Waltons again and highly recommend them.

Ive not even built the playhouse yet and I feel the need to review. Ordered the product 9pm on Tuesday night and selected my delivery date. 9am wednesday morning recieved a call to confirm order. 8.30am Thursday morning call to say delivery will be half an hour. 9am delivered by a friendly and very helpful driver. Probably the best online ordering service I have ever used. The playhouse may end up being rubbish but I could forgive them after the service.

Bought this for my 3yr old and she loves it. I also loved the whole purchasing experience! Very simple to order product, lovely follow up call checking delivery, a phone call from driver 30 mins before he was due to arrive and a friendly, helpfully driver when he did arrive. We brought this playhouse for our daughters 2nd birthday and she loves it. It did take my husband and dad nearly all day to put together and the door handle is different to the one shown but we are still very happy. We would buy from waltons again we were very impressed by their service.

delivery and contact from delivery driver was excellent. everything was there for easy assembly, door handles and hinges where different which i preferred. Overall very satisfied and I would highly recommend.

Ordered this just over a week ago and was able to pick a delivery day to suit us. Arrived exactly when said and was easy to put together. Took two of us 4 hours (plus finishing touches!) with three children running in and out of it!! Children really love it and have been playing in it since it had only 2 sides up!
