Got this up on my own with a (long) hald day. It probably added an extra hour or so going solo, but it is possible to achieve. The building went up great and is very nice. Would highly reccomend. Bought for our 1 yr old to play in, so have left the stairs out for now so he can't get up to the 1st floor (which is also possible to leave out or remove if you wish).

We are delighted with the playhouse. We ordered it on Sunday night and it was with us by Friday as requested. Access to our garden is through the house so we needed to use a service path at the back of our property and that was no problem for the delivery person. There was nothing missing and the instructions were clear. We did need to customise it slightly (move the side window to the other side and create a tighter fit for the door). Our three year old twins are thrilled with their new playhouse.

The playhouse was delivered promptly with a curtesy call beforehand, i stained all the pieces before building it, Between me and my father in law it took about 5 hours from start to finish, the tricky bit being the roof ( it was a very windy day). it looks great and the kids love it, been playing in it since it came, care needs to be taken when putting the felt down and i would advice putting down extra battons allong the inner edge of the roof to attach the facia's to, especially for the rear facia as this is not supplied. I also put in extra screws to attach each panel.all in all a quality product for the money

This is a dream playhouse, the kids in the neighbourhood will be so jealous. We had 3 people to build it and it took probably a day (in two 1/2 day sessions.) The instructions were fairly easy to follow. The only additions we made were battons on the roof to secure the edging and we put a board on the back of the ladder to make it a bit safer. Only negative was the number of times we hit our head on the doorway. Suggest you paint the outside pre-assembled. I recommend Waltons in terms of efficient delivery and the fact he stripped it off the palet and took it down the side of the house. They were the best price on the net too. (A competitor wouldn't match them on price despite their price promise claim.)
