Blazebox Charcoal Smoker
Smoking your own food has just become so much easier with this barrel charcoal smoker from Blazebox. Create culinary delights from the comfort of your own garden, it’s simple to use, easy to control the temperature and easy to clean.
The average smoking temperature is 110°C and this is easily maintainable with the clever design of this smoker. The integrated thermometer means you can keep a close eye on the temperature and should you need to change it you can easily adjust the air vents or add some more water to the water bowl. The vertical barrel design makes it easy to adjust the temperature with minimum adjustments, you can also get access to inside the smoker using the vertically hinged door.
The lower and upper cooking grills allow you to cook a variety of foods on different levels, so you could cook fish on the lower grill and a joint of meat on the top. You can even add some dry hardwood to the charcoals to add a woody flavouring to your food.
