What to Plant & Sow in May

What to Plant & Sow in May
The weather is now warm enough that most seeds and small plants can be directly planted outside, into your garden soil. This month there are lots of vegetables and flowers to choose from including cucumbers and carnations. Cucumbers are the perfect vegetable to grow for summer. They love water and grow quickly so you can harvest them and enjoy them in a tasty salad or dip. Carnations are a classic British flower and look beautiful in a garden. They also look great when cut and used as indoor decoration.
