Description

The Pest XT solar powered mole repeller is designed to send out sonic sound waves that scare moles and other burrowing animals away from areas where they cause a nuisance. It sends out a sonic wave every 30 seconds and is effective within an area of 625 square metres.

The product is powered by its solar panel which charges the battery using sunlight. During spring summer and autumn months, the absorbed energy will be sufficient for day and night output. This is when moles are more active when the ground is soft. During winter months’ daylight hours and sunlight is limited so it is recommended to store the item in a cool and dry environment during these months.

How does it work?
It creates a low-frequency vibration that disperses through the soil. Such vibrations mimic the sounds created by other animals; rodents interpret these as a sign of danger as they generally live a solitary existence.

What area does it cover?
This depends on soil density but the sonic sound waves should be affective up to an area of 6728 square feet or 625 square metres.

How quickly will it work?
The mole repeller should be placed in the problem area. Moles will at first gather and then disperse in all directions. You may find that in the early stages, molehills appear more frequently and even close to the unit. It can take 14-28 days to deliver the full deterrent effect.

Delivery Information

Delivery on this product is available to most UK Mainland addresses.

Due to the nature of our products we are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland, some areas of Scotland and any offshore islands. If you are unsure then please use the postcode checker to see if we are able to deliver to your area.

Returns

We take every care to ensure that you receive the correct goods in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you ever need to return any item to us and it is within our 30-day warranty period then please contact us for a returns authorisation number. Our customer service team will then provide you with our returns address.

All goods must be returned via recorded, insured method at your own cost. We cannot be held responsible for returns parcels lost in transit. It is the sender's responsibility to ensure parcels are adequately insured. If the goods exceed £46 in value we strongly suggest that you take out additional insurance. In order that we can satisfy your requirements promptly we will need your full instructions, explaining the reason for the return and the action you wish us to take.

Delivery on this building is 10 working days to most addresses.

After you have placed your order one of our team will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Important - Delivery is kerb side only, though at the driver's discretion they may be able to help you lift the building to a more suitable location outside your property. If you need to transport the building through your house, then you will need to make your own arrangements prior to delivery to do this, as our drivers are not insured to enter your house.

The Customer or Friend/Neighbour will need to be present to sign for the delivery. We cannot leave the item without a signature.

Can I choose a delivery slot?

We will contact you on the morning of your confirmed delivery date by email and/or SMS with a 2-hour delivery time slot. We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer, however we always work hard to keep delays to a minimum.

What access is needed for my delivery?

Our drivers are only contracted to provide kerbside drop offs and deliveries. They will NOT bring any of our orders through your home. A driver may offer to take an order further; for instance a back garden but this is ONLY at their own discretion. If you have added our installation service to your order please be aware that they will require full access to your garden. Our installation team will not bring a building through your home as they are not covered by insurance to enter a customer's home. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact our sales team on 0800 029 1000. Our team will be able to provide you with more information and specific building information.

Will I need to help my delivery driver?

Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery.
