This team are dedicated to dealing with all of the delivery bookings, and advising customers on delivery dates, reschedule bookings if a customer requests, and are responsible for liaison between the driver and customer etc.

Our Customer Contact Centre Team are fully trained to provide technical assistance, understanding of product instructions, processing of replacement parts and any complaints that may arise in any regard. We are open 5 days a week in order to be on-hand for our customers.
