Do I have to purchase installation if I want a pre-painted building?
Installation is included as part of our Ready Painted and Home Installation Service. We are unable to supply a ready painted garden building as a DIY kit.
Can I select more than one colour?
We only offer one colour per building. We are unable to offer multiple colour ways on one building.
What will the installers do?
Our expert installation team will erect your garden building professionally and will finish all the small details for you, such as touching up any blemishes with paint and removing any protective film from the windows before sealing them securely. They will then clean up and take away any rubbish, leaving you to enjoy your new painted garden building!
Will my ready painted garden building be refundable?
As the order is bespoke to you, it will not be refundable.
How long does it take to receive my Ready Painted building?
Firstly, you will be sent a questionnaire within 48 working hours of us receiving your order. The questionnaire will also ask for proof of a level, flat and solid base (not necessary if you have opted for an Elite Timber Base). Once we have received the completed questionnaire from you, we will ask you to confirm your colour choice before booking in your date for delivery and installation. The quicker you are able to complete your questionnaire, the quicker your dream building will be built in your garden.
Will my ready painted garden building be painted on the inside?
Your building will ONLY be painted on the outside.
All of our colours have been specially selected to help you create the perfect ourdoor oasis that will look great for years to come. Don't worry, you don't have to choose your colour right away... we'll contact you to arrange your installation and to confirm your chosen colour!
Please note: Whilst we have made every effort to make the colours appearing on screen as close as possible to the ones applied by us, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match of the screen colour and the building colour.
What is the ready painted service?
This service gives you the option to have your garden building factory painted and constructed for you by our installation team. This service is available on a selection of our shiplap sheds, summerhouses, greenhouses, and playhouses. We use premium, fully opaque paint that offers exceptional durability with a low maintenance finish. The paint will act as a preservative to protect against weathering, UV degradation, mould, and fungal attack. Choose your favourite colour from one of our four serene shades, and your painted garden building will have a stylish and eye-catching look, with a great quality finish.

How does it work?
Our painting process
Our three stage painting process has been developed to ensure your
garden building is finished to the highest standard.
*Paint Promise Guarantee - In most circumstances the paint we apply to your building will give the building up to 3 years without needing another coat or retreating. In exposed and coastal locations and on open elevations, wind, rain and strong sunlight can cause more rapid degradation of the protective film, therefor affecting the integrity of the paint.
