What Happens now I have placed my order?
|
Wooden Sheds, Summerhouses,
Workshops,
Playhouses and Log Cabins:

1) Our Delivery Team will contact you 24 – 48hrs prior to delivery to confirm an anticipated delivery date. We kindly ask that you do not call us, we will call you. Please refer to our FAQ’s and T&C’s relating our delivery service.
2) If you advise that the date we offer for delivery is not convenient, your order will go back into our order bank for rescheduling and we will call again at a later date. (Requested dates can be made but cannot be promised).
3) Unfortunately we are unable to give time slots, although we can offer delivery in absence (see Terms & Conditions for further info) or offer a call 30 mins before delivery is made.
4) A kerb-side delivery will take place. The driver will not request assistance unless it is offered by the customer.
