The spacious Dutch Barn Playhouse (6 x 6) announces quality and merit. A less girly alternative to some of our other playhouses, the single storey Dutch Barn Playhouse is a big hit with the boys as well as the girls. This playhouse has been meticulously safety checked and approved by the TUV Safety Testing BS EN71 European Toy Standard, so rest assured that your children are safe from harm. The Dutch Barn Playhouse door frame has been specially designed to leave a 12mm space around
the door to prevent little fingers from being trapped. The door handles have an excellent functional design providing optimum comfort for small hands.
The windows are made from an environmentally friendly, glass substitute called Styrene which also provides safety for the playhouse as it does not shatter. The windows utilise a traditional wendyhouse design with shutter features on the side windows for added privacy. The solid sheet roof and floor provide a stable foundation for your kids to play safely on while the decorative tongue and groove cladding provides practicality and protection from unpredictable weather. The door to the Dutch Barn is also a tongue and groove construction which is in-keeping with the barn-themed appearance of the playhouse. The roof of the Dutch barn Playhouse is covered with the coveted green mineral roofing felt which increases durability and defends the playhouse against dangerous elements.

In order to receive the full 10 year anti-rot guarantee, it is necessary that you treat the garden building with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction. This will protect the timber from weathering and will need to be repeated accordingly in relation to manufacturer’s instructions.
