Waltons & sustainability

At Waltons, we are on a mission to achieve net zero status by 2025 as well as continuing to operate as sustainably as possible.

Using a natural product, we recognise the importance of acting with integrity. This is why our products are manufactured in the UK from FSC or PEFC responsibly sourced timber.

The work of both the FSC and PEFC is dedicated to ensuring forests are managed in ways that protect its stakeholders; from the wildlife that call the area home, to supporting the local people who rely on forestry work for the livelihoods.

We are giving back to the environment by replenishing our natural resources.

To do this, we have teamed up with Ecologi.
Ecologi supports projects all over the world, including the UK, Peru, Tanzania, Kenya and Madagascar.

The future is in our hands

Our aim is to be net zero by 2025. We are continuously reducing the environmental impacts of our operations through efficiency gains and long-term investments.

Ecologi use our money to support a broad range of projects that are reducing or avoiding greenhouse gas emissions. Each month they support a range of carbon avoidance projects that are certified at the very highest level by Gold Standard or the Verified Carbon Standard.
At Waltons, we are on a mission to be carbon net zero by 2025. To achieve this, we are investing in a range of long-term initiatives as well as improving our own efficiencies; protecting our planet in any way we can.
