Making a complaint
We're sorry to hear something is wrong. Please get in touch with us via email (email@example.com), via our freephone number (0800 029 1000) or in writing to the address above. If your complaint is about an existing order, please have your order number available when contacting us as it will help us find out your details much more quickly.
We don't currently subscribe to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme, as we're confident we will always attempt to resolve any complaint in a professional, courteous manner.
