Every building includes a 1 year manufacturer's guarantee, a 10 year anti-rot guarantee, and up to 15 years on pressure treated ranges.
Anti-rot guarantees
To ensure the longevity of your garden building, apply a high-quality timber preservative and waterproof coating immediately after construction. With proper annual reapplication, we guarantee your garden building will remain free from rot.
Our garden buildings come with a 10 year anti rot guarantee. During manufacture we apply a water based treatment which protects against fungal and insect attack.
This treatment only lasts approximately 3 months and will require re-application with the free treatment (if supplied) as soon after construction as possible.
Pressure treated buildings
All of our pressure treated garden buildings benefit from our 15 year anti-rot guarantee. This will cover your garden building against fungal decay as long as the conditions of the guarantee have been followed.
1 Year manufacturer's guarantee on our entire range
As standard, and to give you peace of mind, we also offer a 1 year manufacturer's guarantee on our entire range.
Please note that our Guarantees do not cover your garden building from the natural movement of timber that takes place over time. This includes; the twisting, warping and splitting of timber.
3 Year paint promise guarantee with our ready-painted service
Choose our ready-painted service and your building will benefit from our Paint Promise guarantee*. This means your paint will last 3 years with minor care and attention – and your building will still benefit from our 10 year anti rot guarantee!
*Paint Promise Guarantee - In most circumstances the paint we apply to your building will give the building up to 3 years without needing another coat or retreating. In exposed and coastal locations and on open elevations, wind, rain and strong sunlight can cause more rapid degradation of the protective film, therefore affecting the integrity of the paint.
