Klarna FAQs
Does Klarna charge interest or fees?
No. Pay in 3 and Pay in 30 days are interest free, with no fees when you pay on time. If a payment fails after reminders, Klarna may charge a late fee and it can affect your ability to use Klarna again, so it is worth keeping your card details up to date in the Klarna app.
Who can use Klarna?
You need to be a UK resident aged 18 or over. Approval is subject to Klarna's checks on your circumstances, and your spending limit is set by Klarna.
Which orders qualify?
Klarna appears automatically at checkout on qualifying orders. Whether it is offered, and up to what amount, is decided by Klarna at the time you order.
How does Pay in 3 work?
Your order is split into 3 equal instalments. The first is taken when you place the order, and the remaining two are collected automatically 30 and 60 days later.
How does Pay in 30 days work?
You order as normal and pay nothing up front. Klarna emails you once your order ships, and you have up to 30 days to pay, so your building can be up in the garden before you part with a penny.
What happens if I return my order?
Once we process your return, Klarna cancels or refunds the linked payments. You can pause a payment on a returned item from the Klarna app while it is being sorted.
