Description
The Novi Albatross Studio Cabin brings extra room to your garden without the hassle of a house extension. Built with large, full-height double glazing, it creates a bright, open room ideal for a home office, garden lounge, or personal gym.
Available in 4m x 2.5m and 4m x 3m, the full-length glass lets in plenty of daylight throughout the day. Wide-opening double doors make it easy to bring in larger furniture like desks or sofas, letting you open up the space directly into the garden during the summer.
With a overall roof height of 2.4m, the Albatross stays comfortably under the standard 2.5m threshold. This keeps the building within typical UK Permitted Development guidelines for most residential homes, so you can set it up without the delay or expense of planning permission. (Please check with local planning to avoid issues).
Engineered for year-round use, the timber structure is paired with 1.2mm thick aluminium framing around the doors and windows. The metal frame features a marine-grade powder coating to protect against rust and weathering, while the 4mm toughened double glazing uses an insulating air gap to keep heat inside during cooler months. A multi-point 3-point lock on the double doors keeps your equipment and workspace secure when not in use.

Due to our palletised garden buildings being stacked and ready to go in our Nottinghamshire yard, all we have to do is simply pass it onto our pallet delivery partners who put it through their network in less than 48 hours. This means you can receive your new garden building as quickly as possible!
We know life can be hectic and days off are precious, that’s why we offer Pick-a-Day delivery, so you can choose a time for delivery that suits your busy schedule.
You can book your preferred delivery date by either:

If a delivery date is not selected, one of our friendly team will be in touch. They will help arrange a suitable delivery date that fits your schedule.
Pallet delivery ensures that all the materials are securely packed and tightly wrapped together, minimising movement and reducing the risk of damage during transport. Our pallets are wrapped with protective materials, such as plastic sheeting, to shield the wood from moisture, dust, and dirt. This added protection helps keep the timber in excellent condition, ensuring that every piece arrives at your home ready for assembly.
Palletised deliveries are far easier to handle compared to individual, loose components. The garden building components are stacked and secured in an organised manner, making unloading a breeze. Plus, you can decide to unpack it at your own convenience!
A timber garden building delivery involves many individual pieces, such as floor panels, wall sections, and roof components. If these are delivered loosely, they can quickly become disorganised, leading to confusion and time lost trying to locate specific parts during assembly. When delivered on a pallet, everything is neatly stacked and organised, ensuring that all pieces are accounted for and easy to access.
Somebody will need to be at the property to accept and sign for the order. In addition, so the driver is able to move the pallet safely from the delivery vehicle, they will need a smooth, flat and level surface in which to place your new garden building.

Treatment Requirements
This building is supplied untreated and will require a coat of high quality timber treatment once installed then annually after that. You can simply add this into your basket as an additional extra and we’ll deliver it alongside your new retreat, so you’re ready to go.
Anti-Rot Guarantee
Our log cabins come with a 10 year anti-rot guarantee as standard, meaning you can relax knowing your building is covered by us. In order to ensure the validity of the guarantee, you will need to treat your new log cabin every year with wood treatment to prevent fungal attacks and promote its long life.
Home Installation
Home Installation Available
So you can sit back and relax, Home Installation Service by our expert installers is available at an additional cost. They will arrive ready to put up your new garden building to our exacting standards. They’ll tidy up after themselves, so the only thing you have to do is make yourself a cuppa and decide how you're going to decorate your new log cabin.
Prior to booking the date of your home installation with us, you will need to have a firm and level base ready for construction.
How the log cabin arrives
If you’re not looking to have this installed by our professional installers, then your log cabin will be delivered as individual tongue and groove timber lengths and should be constructed on a firm and level base.
