Description
This Refurbished 8 x 8 Vermont Summerhouse is the most compact size from our Vermont range of contemporary summerhouses. With it's size suitable for most gardens, it makes an ideal space for dining outside, or even as a home office where you can enjoy the sounds of nature. It boasts a large, sheltered interior that can fully open up to the garden to bring the outdoors in. The contemporary bi-folding doors give the Vermont a modern, stylish aesthetic that will become a focal feature within your garden. Featuring fixed styrene windows to the sides and a fully glazed frontage, this wooden summerhouse is a light, airy and welcoming space.
The walls are constructed using 12mm Shiplap tongue and groove cladding to form strong, hardwearing and premium panels. The roof and floor are cut from quality tongue and groove boards. The roof is covered with heavy duty mineral felt for added weatherproof protection.
Refurbished products may feature discoloured and repaired panels, small visual marks, slight panel warping, existing screw and nail holes, knots and light damage that does not affect building integrity.
All buildings will be repaired by our dedicated and trained on-site repair team and then are thoroughly quality checked to assure complete building integrity before being shipped. Anti-Rot Guarantee
Refurbished products are excluded from our standard anti-rot guarantee.
some clauses in our terms and conditions do not apply to refurbished products (the finance option in 4.5, installation in 11 and the anti-rot guarantee in 12). Your core statutory rights still apply — refurbished products must be as described, of satisfactory quality (allowing for their refurbished nature) and fit for purpose as does your 14 day right to change your mind (clause 6) where the product is not bespoke.
