How it works
- Buy from us between 28th October 2026 and 1st December 2026.
- Check the price. If the same item is cheaper on our website between 18th November 2026 and 1st December 2026, you're covered.
- Get in touch. Contact us within 7 days of the sale ending (by 8th December 2026) and we'll check your claim.
- Get your money back. We'll refund the difference to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

The small print
- The guarantee applies to products bought directly from us and priced lower on our own website during the Black Friday sale.
- The item must be exactly the same (same model, size and options).
- Refunds cover the product price only, not delivery or installation.
- It doesn't apply to clearance items, bundle deals, discount code offers, or orders that have been cancelled or returned.
- We'll verify all claims, and we reserve the right to withdraw this guarantee for new orders at any time.
