Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Waltons.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over who have purchased a Waltons Garden Building.
2.2. Employees of the promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
2.3. By entering, participants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements.
3. How to Enter
3.1. To enter, participants must complete the online form, including:
- A description of how they use their garden building
- A description of how the building has influenced their day-to-day life
- At least one high-quality photograph (or video) of the building
3.2. Only one entry per customer is permitted.
4. Competition Period
4.1. Entries must be submitted between Tuesday 25th November 2025 and Sunday 25th January 2025 .
4.2. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
5. Selection of Winner
5.1. The winning entry will be chosen by the promoter based on creativity, clarity, and quality of story submission.
5.2. The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.3. The winner will be notified via email or telephone within 7 days of the closing date.
6. Prize
6.1. The winner will receive a refund of the full cost of their garden building order.
6.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered unless explicitly stated.
6.3. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
7. Use of Entries
7.1. By entering the competition, participants grant the promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, display, and publish submitted text, photographs, and/or videos for marketing, promotional, and editorial purposes.
7.2. Participants confirm that all submitted materials are their own and do not infringe the rights of any third party.
8. Data Protection
8.1. Personal data provided during entry will be processed in accordance with the promoter’s Privacy Policy.
8.2. Personal information will be used solely for administering the competition and contacting winners unless explicit consent is given for additional use.
9. General Conditions
9.1. The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances make it unavoidable.
9.2. The promoter is not responsible for lost, incomplete, or corrupted entries or for technical issues preventing participation.
9.3. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
