Monthly Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Entrants to the Promotion are bound by these terms and conditions.

The Promotion is open to residents of England, Scotland, and Wales aged 18 or over.

Employees of the Promoter and anyone professionally connected with the competition are excluded from entry.

Each entrant may only be entered into the prize draw once per month.

2. Data Protection

Data collected via the Promotion will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs on a monthly basis, with one winner selected each month.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition dates or withdraw the Promotion at any time.

4. How to Enter

Entrants must sign up via the competition pop-up, landing page on the Promoter's website (www.waltons.co.uk), or a lead generation campaign run by the Promoter.

A valid email address and/or phone number is required to enter.

5. Prize

The prize is the full value of the winner’s order placed with Waltons.co.uk, refunded in full (the “Prize”).

The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection

One winner will be randomly selected within 7 days of the end of each monthly promotion period.

Winners will be contacted via email within 30 days of the closing date.

The Prize will be issued upon receipt of the winner’s acceptance of the Prize.

If the selected winner does not accept the Prize within 14 days, a new winner will be drawn.

The Promoter’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. General Terms

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or otherwise acting in a disruptive manner contrary to the spirit of the Promotion.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property caused directly or indirectly from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the Prize.

The Promoter may use the winner’s name and location for publicity purposes.

8. Marketing Consent

By entering via email, you agree to your email address being added to the Waltons email newsletter list. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter.

By entering via phone number, you agree to your phone number being added to the Waltons SMS marketing list. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the opt-out link.
