Preparing Your Base

A good foundation is the most important part in building construction. The purpose is to hold up and hold together your shed or outbuilding, so spend a little time preparing the right foundation and your building will last!

If you're not sure what kind of base you need to build, or how to go about it, this guide will help you through the process.

Whether you're building a wooden base for a smaller shed, a paving slab base, or a permanent concrete base for your garden building, download and read our guide first to make sure you get it right.

Instructions

A printed version of the product instructions will be sent along with your order, these are usually located in the fixing kits or nail bag. If you’d like to be extra prepared, then you can always find the  instructions on the product page of our website.

Simply scroll down to the tabs, click on the ‘Description’ and you will see a PDF link to the instructions.

The ‘Watch Videos’ tab is where you’ll find features and installation videos. All the details, features and specifications were correct at the time of filming these videos.

Please Note: we do on occasion make improvements to our products so please refer to the instruction provided with your building.

Sometime we’re guilt of using sheddie terms, we’ve created this Shed Terminology page to help you with your ‘jargon’ busting our instructions.

Should you have any questions our Customer Service Team will be happy to help. You can call or email
